Walt Sparling
Walt Sparling is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Currently working as a Sr. project manager/owner’s representative for an international professional services firm, Walt has led project teams in both local and regional capacities.
With a background in design and project management for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architecture, Walt’s expertise lies in finding and implementing ways to reduce complexity, save time, simplify document standards, streamline processes, and improve project communications.
Walt co-authored a book with nine other project managers, Executing Excellence, where he shares his insights on project communication practices.
Walt is also the founder and host of the PM-Mastery podcast and website that focuses on project management and helping project professionals grow and master their project management skills.
