Briettny (she/her) pivoted into project management after 5+ years across higher education, mental health, and nonprofit sectors. Bringing the science to the madness, she thrives in managing projects as a servant leader with a commitment to social impact. From initiation to close, Briettny aims to integrate these values throughout the project lifecycle. Whether collaborating remotely or in person, she brings her authentic self to every project and encourages others to do the same.
She is also tech-oriented, from custom-building a gaming PC to integrating software for efficiency. Briettny also actively uses AI tools—ChatGPT, Gemini, and PMI Infinity—to enhance and expand the capacity of the human mind. Lastly, she specializes in both Agile and hybrid project management methodologies, leveraging data to track impact and demonstrate business value through metrics like CSAT, NPS, and ROI.

She is proud to be the first in her family to pursue higher education, earning a Master of Arts in Education, Counseling, and Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University. Briettny also holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management Office - Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP) from the Project Management Institute.
