With over 15 years of success in full-cycle project management, Brooks has consistently demonstrated the ability to adapt to new industries and finalize diverse projects in full compliance with timeline and budgetary targets.
Having directed projects as both a general contractor and owner representative, Brooks has successfully coordinated all construction, architectural, and engineering operations for a wide range of projects, including new builds, renovations, remodels, expansions, relocations, MEP upgrades/decommissioning, and corporate interiors. His exceptional leadership skills have enabled him to streamline project and construction operations, manage teams of contractors, and foster productive relationships with architects, engineers, vendors, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.
Driven to optimize project and operational performance, Brooks applies continuous improvement methodologies, implements value engineering solutions, and strictly controls schedules, costs, and profitability. Known for overcoming significant project risks, he excels at leveraging creative problem-solving and taking ownership of emergencies.
With a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Texas A&M International University, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, and a Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, along with credentials as a Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Brooks is well-equipped to tackle any challenge in the construction and project management industry.
